Person Of Interest Episode One Review

What if you could stop something bad from happening? Would you stop it or ignore it? This tv show is about John Reese (Jim Caviezel) and Harold Finch (Michael Emerson who played Ben from Lost). In this pilot, we learn that Harold designed a machine that can single out people who are a danger to National Security. It can listen to everyone's phones, read every email and see you through millions of different hidden security cameras. It separates the list in two: Relevant people of interest, and irrelevant people of interest. But Harold realized that the people who are on the 2nd list matter just as much as the relevant people. He then decides to start helping people on that 2nd list. He must hire someone to help him in his quest though, and that's where Reese comes in.

This show is pretty original and has a similarity with Lost (Reese has a list of people that are important and that need to be saved) and it also has a similarity with Dark Angel, by the fact that you have 2 people helping each other out with missions.

Is it worth watching? So far so good. Give this one a try! You might just like it!

For the pilot I give it a 7/10

If you enjoy this series, you might also like Dark Angel, Lost and Jericho
