Batman Begins Review

Batman Begins Review
Batman Begins Review

Let's face it, Batman was in desperate need of a reboot. After the disastrous Batman and Robin from 1997, Christopher Nolan took the reign and directed this movie which turned out as a trilogy. The last volume of his trilogy will come out this summer in movie theaters.

What's so great with this movie is that it shows batman as a human, with flaws and limits. We also see how Bruce Wayne became Batman and how he got trained. We see how the batcave was built, we also meet Lucius (Morgan Freeman), Wayne's technology advisor and researcher who has all these gadgets that never saw the light of day, until Bruce Wayne asked him to manufacture them for him.

Even the villains in this film are human, and nowhere near as exaggerated as the previous versions of villains in other Batman movies. Liam Neeson plays Henri Ducard, an individual who wants to *heal* Gotham by killing everyone and starting with a fresh slate.

I highly recommend this movie! I give it 8.5/10. Might I also suggest checking out The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan's 2nd movie from this trilogy.
