This sexy series is about two platic surgeons who own their own business McNamara/Troy. Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) is the *talent* of the business. He's a family man but he has problems at home. His wife gets high at home while he's at work, and their son is a confused teenager. Christian Troy (Julian McMahon) is a sex-crazed man who's got sex appeal which helps their business a lot of times. He brings in customers to their office. A lot of times, Sean has to clean up Christian's mess. Despite his fame, good looks and money, Christian is not happy. Rather than sleeping around with every girl he sees, he'd much prefer to settle down with one woman. Sean's woman (Joely Richardson) that is.
The show always begins with the two surgeons asking their patients "Tell me, what don't you like about yourself". Every episode is about a new client.
This is a good series and will show you what patients go through to look good. This series lasted for 6 seasons, from 2003 to 2010.
