Kelly Clarkson - Stronger Review

Kelly Clarkson Stronger Review
Kelly Clarkson - Stronger Review

Kelly has grown a lot since her American Idol days. And mentioning those days to her might not be a good idea. Since those days she's really tried to distance herself from American Idol. This album starts right off with the hit song "Mr. Know It All". It's currently being overplayed on the radio. It's a catchy tune, make no mistake. Next is the song "Stronger", another hit that talks about *what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger*.

I don't why, but when I compare this album with her album Breakaway, I feel like Kelly's voice is less powerful and less controlled. It almost feels like she's trying to push herself too much.

So besides those two songs, are there any others worth listening to? Yes, but there are also filler songs, like most albums. Songs worth mentioning: "You Love Me", "I Forgive You" (which sounds a bit like Since You Been Gone from her Breakaway album), "Hello" (with guitar riffs sounding like Layla from Clapton).

Kelly Clarkson is someone who's not afraid to speak her mind and she's straight to the point. If she had a bad breakup, be sure you'll hear all about it in her songs.

In conclusion this album is pretty decent.

I give it a 7/10
