This dark comedy is about 3 guys who are sick and tired of their bosses treating them like shit. Dale (Charlie Day) works at a dentist office as a orthodontist. His boss Julia (Jennifer Aniston) is a hot woman who also turns out to be a sex crazy man eater and she loves to sexually harass Dale while knowing that he's about to get married. Kurt works at a chemical company and he loves his job. That is until his boss Jack (Donald Sutherland) dies of a heart attack. Jack's son Bobby (Colin Farrell) takes over the business and he's a total drug-addict asshole. He doesn't care at all about his father's company. He threatens Kurt to fire him if he doesn't fire someone from the company. Nick (Jason Bateman) has worked for the same company for 8 years, taking shit from his psycho boss David (Kevin Spacey), hoping to finally get a raise. When David announces that he won't be promoting Nick or anyone else for that matter, Nick completely freaks out and decides that they must do something totally drastic to make their lives better. Murder their horrible bosses.
The movie was funny at times but it could have been better. The 3 bosses are kind of over the top and I really hope that there aren't bosses out there like them. I give this movie 6.5/10
