Peaches definitely isn't the kind of girl you'd bring home to meet the folks. Just look at the cover for god's sake! It pretty much says it all. What's funny though, is that despite the album's topics, Peaches is anything but sexy. But she tries real hard to make up for it with her songs and lyrics. The album starts right away with a track that would make your grandma pale, "Fuck the pain away". I'll let you guess what that track is about. It follows with "AA XXX", which is about Peaches who confesses that she's only a double A cup size woman, but in her mind she thinks she's XXX cup size. I could go on and list every song that's about sex, but that would make this review very long.
So in short, is this album listenable, despite the strong subject matter? Yes, it is, but just be careful and choose wisely when you decide to play it. You wouldn't want to give granny a heart attack, would you?
