Here is the story of Lewis (Paul Walker) and his brother Fuller (Steve Zahn). The movie starts with Lewis on the phone with his high school friend Venna (Leelee Sobieski) as she tells him that she broke up with her boyfriend. Lewis, who had a thing for her since high school asks Venna if she would like him to pick her up and take her home. She gladly accepts and waits for him at her college's dorm. Before Lewis leaves to pick her up, he finds out that his brother Fuller was arrested. Being the good brother that he is, he decides to make a detour and grab his brother before meeting up with Venna.
His brother Fuller is a prankster at heart. He decides to get a cb radio and get his brother Lewis to pretend to be a woman on air.
This is something that will come back and haunt them, as they'll wish they never messed around with that cb radio.
The movie is a great thriller that will get your heart racing.
For the thrill factor, I award this movie with a 7/10.
